From his election on April 19th, 2005, until his last day in the holy office of St. Peter on February 28, 2013 (and of course before as a cardinal, archbishop, priest and seminarian, and layman!), Pope Benedict XVI had never stopped his immense love for and total self giving of the ONE HOLY, CATHOLIC, AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH! Now we face these final hours of His Holiness, Pope Benedict XVI's blessed Pontificate. After 11am Pacific Time (8 pm Rome time), the See of Rome will be vacant. Thank you Holy Father for all the wonderful blessings you gave to the Church during your reign! May God grant you many long years as you serve him in a new, quieter way, and may Mary, Mother of the Church, be with you always, and lead you closer to her Son, Christ Jesus .
